The Company is based in Switzerland and has a sales office in North America, while most of its manufacturing and sales activities are in China. 

The Company manufactures advanced HVAC control systems (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning), sensors and transmitters. Most of the production is sourced and concentrated in the Company’s Chinese facilities, guaranteeing a logistical advantage and financial performance, with the Swiss R&D centre of excellence delivering constant innovation. The Company provides projects ranging from standalone ventilation controllers to HVAC system solutions for entire buildings with internal and external devices. 

Since several years the Company delivers positive returns and, recently, it bought an own real estate property in China to further increase margins and operational flexibility. 

The Shareholders are looking for a suitable partner to implement the Company's succession.
